Return & Refund Policy
We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
- It must be in the original packaging
- You must provide proof of purchase

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your item is:
- damaged
- defective
- or incorrect
Contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Opened or used Pokémon products (including booster packs, boxes, and sealed collectibles)
- Sale items
- Gift cards

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return your item (if eligible), and once accepted, place a new order.
European Union Right of Withdrawal
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, without giving a reason.
How to start a request:
- If you checked out with an email address, log in to your account at https://account.pokeandplants.cz and go to your Orders to submit a return or cancellation request.
- If you checked out with a phone number only, use the return link in your SMS order confirmation to submit your request.
Items must be unused, in original condition, and include proof of purchase. Note that opened or used Pokémon products (including booster packs, boxes, and sealed collectibles) are exempt from the right of withdrawal as they are sealed goods that are not suitable for return once opened.
Sending items back: Once your withdrawal request is accepted, you have 14 days to send the items back. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Refunds: We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving your returned items (or proof that you've sent them). Refunds will be issued to your original payment method and will include the standard outbound shipping cost you paid. We are not required to refund any additional shipping costs if you chose a non-standard delivery option.
